- Conceived and led a 3-person team (June 2025) to build an AI-powered ID-verification agent for GoDaddy Auctions that collects shopper ID documents, validates them through a third-party verification service, and either auto-approves the account and lifts restrictions or routes it to the risk team for manual review.
- Won GoDaddy's "Compress the Cycle" hackathon (March 2026) by building an AI-powered system that monitors competitor product changes for Engineering, UX, and Product teams — cutting PM gap-analysis time from days to minutes.
- Led the architecture and end-to-end delivery of Auctions Domain Details Page v3; the winning A/B variant delivered a statistically significant $5M lift in Incremental Gross Cash Receipts and graduated to full production.
- Drove five AI-assisted, data-backed product experiments, defining decision, guardrail, and informative metrics; three shipped as statistically significant winners, each improving Gross Collection Rate by ~5–7%.
